Going with a FB settlement.....

The timing is right.....with Wu ready to make his ruling this month. Could very well
be a leak that Facebook has agreed to settle this matter. The higher volume looks
to be the unwinding of the short position, which then produces a squeeze play of
higher share prices. The only question remaining....how much did this cost Facebook ??
