RE:reply from IR on incoming fast onboarding
RE:reply from IR on incoming fast onboardingAttempt to make sense of the wording and tone used:
“
Reliq has removed most of the bottlenecks to onboarding for Medicare patients” - whatever can be done on their part they almost finished the preparation for the onboards. That is the result of placing the newly hired CMO to Florida’s call centre. Medicaid and care plan covered patients have different procedural issues to iron out. The patient spread is clearly identified in the Webinar.
”
There are still tasks that need to be performed by the patient and their doctor (consent, care plan, etc.)” - they are waiting for Doctors/Physicians recommendations, patients consent and insurers approvals for onboards. This is not in their control.
“
the Covid19 issue adjusted doctor’s priorities in March and April to implementing telemedicine visits.......” - Apparently the onboards is at a stand still in March, April, May and as of right now (included to be conservative although not mentioned).
“
given the ability for Reliq to scale on-boarding, we expect to still meet the prior guidance for patients onboarded this calendar year” - if onboards can start now then by the end of 2020 prior guidance of the number of onboards patients can be met. And which is 75000(?) by December 31, 2020. That means 10000+ per month?

Once those activities are complete, loading the patient information into iUGO Care takes seconds if done electronically and around 5 minutes if done manually.
As was disclosed last week, the Covid19 issue adjusted doctor’s priorities in March and April to implementing telemedicine visits and in many cases spending more time in acute care facilities dealing with the increase in patient load. While Reliq can perform all tasks remotely we still need documents from physicians before moving forward and billing.
The good news is the Covid-19 situation has increased our customer’s need for our services and given the ability for Reliq to scale on-boarding, we expect to still meet the prior guidance for patients onboarded this calendar year.
I hope I was able to answer your question,
