Not hating on you or the company.  I agree they need a CEO, but many times a CEO is handcuffed by the board and vice versa.  Unless we are sitting at the table we have no idea what is going on.

If you (a general you) don't believe, than no point complaining, cut your losses and run.

Optimistic that a larger entity will see the value and potential.
