Delay in Shareholders's Meeting

Delay in Shareholders's Meetingthe Delay in having the Sahreholder's Meeting in September is a tactical manover by managment.  they are hoping for some miracoulus event that will provide them the story to disuade current shareholders to hold the line.  Dr. Small is correct in his accertions taht the finanical Statements do not prperly reflect the state of affairs for the Company.  I previously pointed to losses, specifically in the Note Section of the Annual Report, whereby losses were suppose to be offset agasint
Dealer Reserves.  The section now states taht these losses will be offset by rental increases (average 3% per year of current payment streams relating to renatl contract).  These incrasses should have been pure income in future years. Considering Dealnet no longer has elationships with most, if nnot all, these Dealers the risk of providing repairs and servicing for the hvac and other equipment falls squarely on the Company.. This is just the tip of the iceberg.
