Beats me.

But how else do you explain the trading? Consistently trading above instrinsic value of the SVM deal. Today, the entire gold sector is down, GUY up on heavy volume. Almost all the buying is the concentrated in the same three brokers; first it was just Anon. Then it was Anon and Morgan Stanely and now it's Anon, Morgan Stanley and I think CIBC? 

On the sell side, Goldman Sachs is offloading enough shares that I suspect that's GCM selling its stake.

I think there's going to be another deal announced and I think we'll see it this week or weekend.
