One of the following is in play...
1. Our IR team absolutely sucks and/or is not properly funded to get the word out to the big boyz
2. Our management team is working closely with the market makers to hold this thing down below at certain threshold so one of the big boyz can come in and send our management team into a very comfortable retirement. All of this...preplanned verbally between our management team and one of the big boyz
These penny stocks are heavily manipulated and the almost always cash out leaving the retail stockholders with nowhere near what it could've been if they stuck around and grew the company organically.
I just don't get this stock price. Every major player should be scooping up our shares becasuse its obvious AH is going to succeed!
I just don't get...

I thought the exact same thing. Keeping the price down and allowing warrants to expire will cancel out the 30 million they just issued in shares. They have to be very careful keeping the price low like this. If no one came in and scooped up 48north when they hit a low of .08/share we should be safe. I mean they have 100 acres of outdoor licensed plus more than likely 20 mil cash on hand(didn't read their last earnings). They just need to find a master grower that can grow. Last year they failed terribly. Shares outstanding 177 mil.
Our situation is a little different with the 30,000 sqaure foot extraction/production facility, acnos, all the licensed production. I think they know this and the price will rise before the Aphria settlement. If Aphria will have to pay 83 million settlement(minimum) 23 million deposit, plus $1/gram profit off both tranches which to date is 60,000kg(we were getting it from them for just under $1/gram, at wholesale minimum $1/gram profit). 60 million plus 23 million =83 million and that is WITHOUT damages. There is absolutely no way they win in arbitration as they were still buying buds from 3rd parties last quarter to fullfil orders. Naughty Naughty little one. If they are ordered to pay damages on top of that as Aleafia will show they had the means and contracts to fill orders......they will opt to buy the whole company as they need the extraction facility for so many reasons. For this reason I expect us to rise drastically before the arbitration. If management has not thought of this then they might be more retarded than Lowriders cousin BILO.
Does anyone know the dates that the previous warrants expire this year? Remember that no one will have the balls to short us once we show amazing earnings, and once we have amazing earnings they will lower the share count. Everything is easy when you are making money. Once this outdoor is harvested the game will be completely different. AHLONG
That said, .54 is strong support. I do not ever see us going below .41 again. Anything is possible though. AHLONG
