RE:Stillcanna purchase of Sativa Hopefully it will be a mutually beneficial "marriage". for both companies It is has all the characterisctics of a reversrse takeover. What is especially interesting is that the Sativa CEO will become the CEO of the new combined company, Jason Dussalt, former CEO of Stillcanna wil become a board director along with primarily Sativa board members remaining.
If the companies can leverage each others strengths to grow and become profitable, then I think it will have been to all of our benefits. Unfortunately only time will tell. Let's keep our fingers crossed!
