So we can say that it is a virtual Western Union business that is most likely using coins as a method of exchange between parties, that is then converted to money.
For myself, this is NOT a business model in which I will invest, as you already have Bitcoin to do this with hundreds of other coins + you already have well established remittance companies like Western Union whom could easily come up with their own virtual online payment system.
Sure there is a market for this, small type players, like sending money to kids on vacation, but I believe the big money is elsewhere.
