This is for the shareholders and investors also interested parties as information purposes. I will assume Bellemare is really or perhaps "mad" from his CEO's job perfomance but extremely happy to exit with shareholders moneys in the several millions of dollars. So why give this gift to him as the stock price has dropped near $3.00, [ $2.175 ] since his installation to be Bombardier boss. This is why the shareholders must vote ( No ) at the AGM 06:18:20. It does not make any sense and remember the shareholders were the boss of Bellemare. Definitively it was a share value has decreased so bad of this astonishing number: 63.7%. This is bad and stupidely wrong running a business like that. What are the real reasons of this failure? It's very deadly serious that millions of people and corporations have invested very large sums of moneys and their investments were flying away like a smoke from the chemney.

ATTENTION:

THE SHAREHOLDERS NEED TO FIND OUT AT THE MEETING FLOOR FROM/TO THIS QUESTION?:
Is it legal or unlawful to pay a severance pay in the millions to the CEO's exit because the shareholders/investors did not get any returns from Bombardier for several years and at the same time the company is unfortunately poor and engulfed in debts of billions of dollars? Look below the two dates of Alain Bellemare that he will remember.
