BIPC vs. BIP

BIPC vs. BIPCan someone please explain to me how the trading price differential between BIPC and BIP is so wide? Looks like the gap is almost 10% right now...

I want to exchange the rest of my BIP units for BIPC shares, but investor relations informed me that while this is not currently possible, they are looking at a mechanism that would allow one to do so in the future.
