While I agree that management could make better decisions, I don't know how the lack of numbers relates to poor management. This just may be poor communication or lack of disclosure. But in either case, couldn't you simply call the company have your questions answered?

In the event where I have questions, I'm not one to speculate or spread rumors. I'll simply call up the company and ask.
