RE:RE:RE:Conditions that make the "A" and "B" interesting

RE:RE:RE:Conditions that make the "A" and "B" interestingAt any event, at these share prices, even when it resets, yields will be still pretty high.... probably why share prices are climbing.

Plus remember, BoC gave impression that this was it's "effective lower bound" on rates.... So, we are at the BOTTOM basically.

Plus, if market thinks the Commons are Valid..... then the Preferred are also.

So, then only question is, how much of a yield do you want???   What Yield is worth locking your money away to collect the dividend????

I think the "A" March 2021,  "B" I think renews every 3 months.    When the "B" renews, I think it's going to take a significant hit on the rate/yield.    What that translate on the share price, not sure.   I assume the market knows this, so it seems not a big deal....given what the share price is doing.

I could be wrong, so do your DD.

Right now the "B" is yielding about 12.8% with share price around $6.70.    I expect the yield to drop significantly when it resets.      Will know soon what happens.

On top of that, if you think rates will be going back up sooner than later, the "B" becomes even more interesting.

Both I considered more "leveraged" to BoC rates compared to C,E,G....

Both cases, need to consider reset rate.
