And let us not forget the company issuing more shares not only to themselves but also a PP to raise money for operations [ie pay checks ] to cover for their poor business.. 95% of the time with a reverse split it is the poor share holders that suffer. The excellent companies, not all but some that are doing really good have been known to split there stock which is the opposite of what eve is about to do.
