That is just one of the parties. There are several other parties they have to renegotiate with.


Not sure where they are on those but those parties have no obligation to renegotiate their contract with TILT. I can tell you with almost 100% certainty TILT will have to give them major concessions. That is my opinion only as I have not seen the details.


I think TILT pushed their luck way too far with these regulators. At the same time the regulators are a total mess and don't have clear guidelines.
