RE:RE:RE:WHY DIDNT I BACK UP THE TRUCK AT $10.50!I'm quite shocked and of course, pleasantly surprised by this recent run. Capital appreciation is secondary for me & my wife but it's still nice to have.

I've always liked BPY but was almost starting to worry that Brookfield was losing it a bit. I guess I should now just sit back, go back to my original thinking, and collect these great divys as it eventually heads back towards $25-30.
