Thanks NobelFr for the sharing. It would be easier for us here to understand when your question Is also included. Nevertheless I try to make sense of what is written in the Reply.

They admit the fees disclosed by Lisa is not an average and better not use to calculate revenue due to the spread btw different services. I have it pointed out in previous posts.

The franchise model is set up to save capital is an answer to my concern on supporting financially a crew when it is @ wait mode. They should be managed through the call centre.
