RE:There is something about the IR
RE:There is something about the IRNo problem, my question was : "Hello Scott, Lisa said in Q3 2020 call when talking about the Care Management Center : "And so there's that kind of interactive component and typically, for each patient that's between 20 and 90 minutes a month of interaction, a non-face-to-face interaction or care that's delivered by our healthcare professionals at the Care Management Center." If there is 60minutes40hx4weeks in one month per employee. It means there are 9600 working minutes a month per employee. If each patient takes the average of Lisa's range (55 minutes). Then an employee can only service 9600/55= 175patients/month. If half the projected 500 000 patients from physician practices take the Care Management Center services at 175 patients/month/employee, it would take 1429 employees to service all the 250 000 patients. How will Reliq hire all those employees without raising external funds? By your answer to one of my previous emails about onboarding, you seem to know a lot about the Care Management Center. Could you please tell me if I'm right about the number of patients an employee in the Care Management Center can service. I know it could be a sensible information you do not want competitors to know so if you can't tell me. Could you please reassure me the solution is scalable. Also, are the revenues for the Care Management Center included in the 40$-65$/month or in addition to that? Best regards, xxx "
