Verse Cannabis

Verse CannabisDoes anyone know anything about Verse? Their website says nothing about who they are but does talk about Valens.The website is still incomplete so hopefully they will tell us more about the people behind the company. I noticed from the news release that Valens is paying Verse a royalty. Does anyone know more about the deal and the relationship between Valens and Verse? Thanks.
