The news says "introducing" Verse - I get the impression this is a brand-new company, but I dont understand why Valens will pay them a royalty. You're right - there's no info at all on the people behind this company. Seems kind of odd. A royalty is normally paid by one company to a second company so the first company can use something the second company has, similar to the arrangement between Valebns and SoRSE. But what has Verse got that Valens wants to use? If they're a brand-new startup they dont even have brand recognition. I dont get it.
