Hmm, well they must have something, so being logical about this, what could a startup have that another company wants? I can think of a couple of things: Intellectual Property including experience doing something, or big names on the executve or ownership team.

If it were big names, there would be no point to keep that a secret, so could be this is a company being started by some people who have been "involved" in manufacturing / formulating crumble "in the past", so they have pleny of product expertise and have decided to get into the white market now as "first movers"?

A third option might be this is a new company being started by people with some pre-existing relationship with Valens?

This seeming lack of transparency isnt typical of Valens. Seems out of character. i dont like fishing around for explanations like this - Valens, we need more details please!
