Its Montalva property (1,747 acres) is a large utility-scale solar and battery storage building with an initial size of 80 MWac or 160 MWdc, located in the southwestern coastal area of Puerto Rico. Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Never short a stock like this. With the extremely limited amount of shares trading. It could actually trade back to the 52 week high by 4pm today. Then go higher.

Given the volume on the US exchange and the fact the gap has closed there. The gap on the Cdn exchange shouldn't matter.
