Why I say that is the value placed on the project in the PFS is a little over 1 billion dollars while the cost of the plant to start  production of Lithium  will cost around 460 million.   That 460 million does not include the cost of purchasing the property from the shareholders.  If  the buyout were 300 million that means the purchaser would spend approx. 760 million to make a billion dollars..  That doesn't make economic sense.  That's why I think the projected vakue of the entire land package should have been calculated in the PFS.  Is this to simplictic or have I missed something in my analysis.
