RE:We Don't Hear Much About Cannastrips AnymoreWell said...& what about the dispensary now? Another unfinished project on hold...that was supposed to be finished this fall. Will we still own the property by then?
My biggest concern (outside of being diluted to pennies on the dollar) is the "STATUS OF THE PATENT"...Vik et al need to hold Brad's feet to the fire Big Time on this issue. A trademarked "CannaStrips" without "verifiable" patent protection has very little value imo. Having considered Dr. Sanderson's reported role/experience with J&J, I had a fairly high level of confidence that the bioavailability technology he developed would be a BIG part of our intellectual property & licensing revs in the future. This was the primary reason I & many others bought into this company. Re: the pending patent, it's like pulling teeth trying to get an update. Casey always defers to Brad who defers to Dr. Sanderson (& Phil is conveniently unavailable &/or irrelevant)...no one seems to care or know what's happening. WE NEED AN UPDATE. If we find out this was all a ruse, or the patent app was denied & was never reported to us = Big Problem for the company. And those clinical trials that Brad promised shareholders "OVER TWO YEARS AGO"...As per 4/2018 LDS announcement:
The Company is scheduling clinical trials in May 2018 to define the bio-availability benefits of the Lifestyle Delivery Systems' CannaStripsTMtechnology. These clinical trials are intended to quantify the enhanced delivery method of CannaStripsTM vs other forms of delivery.
Just so many misrepresentations about forward earnings, LOIs, present & future contracts, inventory, the strips, etc. etc. Will also be interesting to see what kind of financials the company finally produces without the direction from our former CFO, Yanika. She was the only one in management I really ever trusted. Vik et al need to also keep a close eye on the company's use of legitimate accounting principles/practices. With Brad still at the helm, you can't assume anything.
