RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The CCAA procedureAh.....I get it, what's the point of democracy if you can sort things out from behind the scenes. No need for a vote then? So why did NMX go into CCAA exactly, especially if they could have done their deals behind closed doors? Not a very good portrayal of how you conduct business?

I repeat, your CCAA indicates shareholders 'should' be entitled to a vote, regardless of whether they have the numbers to influence. That is Democracy.
