Not enough supply to meet with demand past a couple years out. Lots of lithium on the planet for sure but economic projects to be put into production is a different story. 500M capex for a project this size is very reasonable especially compared to others.

It's a combination of current sentiment plus probably waiting to see how CYP can move the pilot. Maybe market thinks they will dilute 30%+ of market cap. Once something is concrete there are no barriers.
