It is a paperwork shuffle. They will not have a B/A so most brokers will not touch them. It is the same thing that ON did when they spun off to PYCT they gave out XMET shares..These days really mean nothing. The XMET PPS goes up and down because I think confused people are buy or selling them on the gray thinking it is PYCT.
