You're correct. I stated not one lie, I stated multiple lies of Lazerson.

1 Not meeting deadlines or objectives is not tell a lie !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Interesting point) the unmet objectives you mention are mainly those of PurLucid (good old David and Preston)

Apparently Lazerson made false statements regarding deadlines or company goals on purpose to keep shareholders in line. He's a great talker, that's why he could raise a great amount of money.

He promised pie in the sky ("MGX will be a top 3 lithium producer"). But there was postponement after postponement after postponement ... and the vast majority of projects has still not been carried out (and never will as it was just a bunch of red herrings).

Even if he did not lie it just confirms his complete incompetence as CEO. And just for the records: the new guy Power has a similar track record of stunts and fails.

2 Not disclosing information is obviously not a lie. In fact keeping company information private is what management is paid to do.

What a bunch of nonsense. Every listed company on earth is legally required to disclose material information to the public/shareholders. Read the law. Do you think Lazerson is exempted from the law because he's king Jared?

3 A person paid to do a job is a professional. You keep wanting to know who is paying me. You obviously think I am a professional. You are not the first but just the last in a long line of losers.

So you actually admit you're getting paid for posting. One step closer to the truth.
