RE:RE:a few big crosses
That type of trading is way above my pay grade. What I can share with  the board is when i worked with a mining company we were without a doubt heavily manipulated. We were a favorite stock of a very well known anti gold cartel whistle blower and he made his followers aware that our stock was one to own. Without going into all the details I will confirm that i had been on the phone  personally with market surveillance on numerus occasions. One of our largest fund owners had accumulated a case on paper which clearly showed end of day "painting the tape" and large share offers being placed to cap the stock. The type of trading an individual/fund wouldn't be placing in order to fill their orders at the best price.

I was fortunate that the individual i was speaking with ended up sharing a few mutual friends with me so the calls were informative. This goes back to 2012 and i will confirm that there was a fund(s) running a computer program that was painting the tape on numerous mining stocks at 3:59:55pm  seven out of ten trading days in order to push stocks lower. The trade was long gold and short the gold junior stock. I want to make it clear he didn't point that out to me it was some internal homework and help from someone working in the industry. I cant remember if market surveillance for the TSX is a different entity from IIROC?

Anyway, to answer your question. Having an individual contact IIROC and say " hey something is not right here" is probably a waste of time. Paying a securities lawyer to open a file is usually not an option for an individual investor unless fairly wealthy and looking for a fight and willing to pay for it. If someone is found guilty what would that investor be entitled to $$ ??? and how long until they are compensated?

I don't want to harp on this but Sprott and BMO just purchased stock at $.39 and their investors are down approx. 20%. Can you imagine you give BMO $2mil and a day later its worth $1.6mil?? Not good. It will move probably sooner that later. There is no hold on this stock, they are down 20% folks.
