WHAT A CROCK FULL OF BALONEYOrchid announces that the Board of Directors has approved a stock option grant, effective Monday June 1, 2020, for an aggregate of 7.9 million stock options (each, an "Option") to certain directors and officers of the Company in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Performance Plan. Each Option is exercisable into one common share in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.03 per share, being the closing price of the shares on the CSE on June 1, 2020, for a period of five years from the date of grant.
WOW, SELF SERVING OR WHAT. Maybe the stock will go back to .03. If the company doing so well, why dilute the heck out of it at low option prices. Unreal.
