What will it produce, at what cost?

Who will they sell it to at what prices?

If another party supplies carbonate or chlorides that simply pushes that part/cost of BFS upstream as highly unlikely there is any fully costed feedstock available currently.

No one will lend without a fully costed, robust BFS that captures the full business plan.
