Centr Brands /RQBI am hoping someone can shed some light on this. This is from April 1, 2019.
I started digging into this. Is it possible RQB was a subsidiary of Centr?
Why was this not reported in any of RQB's public statements?

Ltd. amalgamated to form the Company (the “Arrangement”).
