Something fishy... As the saying goes, only fools rush in.

Something fishy... As the saying goes, only fools rush in.

Major sales transaction last December by insider CEO Alan Walsh...

Recent and sudden (May 2020) resignation of CFO, replaced p.i. by CEO (Walsh).

Very low insider ownership : 0.8% of the company, worth about CA$3.2m.

Too bad-
rumors of transactions could be a hookup-
difficult to give any faith when ownership doesn't show example...

Insider Ownership
Many investors like to check how much of a company is owned by insiders. We usually like to see fairly high levels of insider ownership. Our data suggests IPL Plastics insiders own 0.8% of the company, worth about CA$3.2m. We consider this fairly low insider ownership.

So What Do The IPL Plastics Insider Transactions Indicate?

The stark truth for IPL Plastics is that there has been more insider selling than insider buying in the last three months. And our longer term analysis of insider transactions didn’t bring confidence, either. But it is good to see that IPL Plastics is growing earnings. When you combine this with the relatively low insider ownership, we are very cautious about the stock. As the saying goes, only fools rush in.
