based on what blig ?---this pp maybe should be lower not higher as lack of anything really is starting to get alarming ---ill hazard a guess and say they are not selling anything on offer at .085 cents---I was hoping to see insiders buying on SEDI but alas , no. Houston , we may well have a problem
