RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Vida priceThe ratio was based on a 20 day (I think it was 20 day) weighted average.  Nothing is stopping the share value of CHOOM to increase independent of the deal. 

Also there is nothing stopping the premium from decreasing.

So there is the real possibility that there is a chance that you will 'gain' a premium above and beyond the 10%.  But the shares will be converted at a fixed rate.
