Legalities take time. Sunniva didn't bring it on, but they'll be there when the dust settles, and I think they'll flourish as they initially intended, making them a potential 100x stock from here, and there aren't too many of those that exist. To protect the value of the company without diluting, Tony has made the right decisions. It has been a lot of waiting and depending on others, but Sunniva's time is coming. Soon dawn.
