The table on page 20 of the Management Information Circular, is this only for Q4 2019 or on an annual basis? I want to know what the rest of the guys are going to be paid on an ANNUAL basis going forward. Because after all, regardless of formal employee status, the company has 5 people in the leadership team and all of them clearly do work.

By the way, the issued options are way out of the money so they don't matter much right now. I would love it if they were exercised though, since it means the stock has gone up like 4x.
