Read The Many False Promises About Our Rainy Daze PurchaseI googled "Rainy Daze Vancouver" and received some interesting news stories of the past, concerning our acquisition of Rainy Daze back in Oct 2019. Read all about how this acquisition was promised to be a gateway to Cannstrips sales in Canada, then Europe. What ever happened to that? The news article said that construction of over 25K of canopy space was scheduled for completion by end of 2nd quarter 2020 (now).
Despite all these promises made, COOL investors have not received one news update regarding the Oct 2019 Rainy Daze acquisition 8 months ago. Not a word! It's apparent Brad doesn't think that investors are entitled to know anything. And then he has the balls to ask us to support a second acquisition (2 private Vancouver dispensaries). What did we get for the first Rainy Daze acquisition, other than lfalse promises and additional debt?
I strongly get the feeling that no one on FB page wants to talk about Rainy Daze. It's like a very taboo subject. Brad's unethical and immoral behavior must certainly be in violation of securities laws. Also, investors can't fire Brad, because of how he setup this scam company. How can investors be scammed like this legally? Brad is not mentally or ethically fit to be a CEO.
If criminality and/or securities violations can be uncovered, then the Plan B attorney should offer Brad a choice - Step down immediately and fully cooperate with authorities, or face criminal securities prosecution. Brad's already been convicted in the past, so he already has a track record.
Please read this article from Oct 2019, about how great the Rainy Daze deal would be, and all of the great progress it would make to propel Cannastrips sales throughout Canada and Europe. What B/S! Here's the article:
