RE:CSE monthly reportNot a good sign based on my experience with penny stocks.
This deliquency along with the cancellation of the board meeting compounds my skepticism of any future for this company.  I am debating whether to dump my shares and take the absolute loss.  I was hoping to at least break even, but I don't think there's a remote chance to do so now.
I am very disappointed with the people behind this farce.  They milked investors of their money by taking salaries since the company's inception instead of investing that money into the company to build it and make it work.  Sorry folks!  This is my conclusion.
