A possible scenario.

A possible scenario.Todd already owns 60M+ shares out of 200M fully diluted shares of NCF at very very cheap prices. Todd may be accumulating more shares at this range to prepare for a buyout of NCF. If so, at what price? If this is the case, we would have some agressive buying coming up in the market leading to a buyout. Any opinions out there?
