1,000,000 shares (as a percentage of the company) = 1.0281 %   equity ownership

1,000,000 shares (as a percentage of the company) = 0.54054 %  equity ownership after the Private Placement

Adding 80 plus million shares at way below the 3 month average at an average of only .10 isn't your average PP it's an ownership control grab !!!
