So unless Martin Vydra and Craig Lennon both work for FREE (which I seriously doubt), please tell me where I can find their "salaries" (or rather their annual consulting fees). I have looked around on Conics web site but haven't found it.

And no, the "summary of compensation" table on page 20 does NOT clearly state whether the specified amounts are on annual basis or not, since Conic was not operating for the entire year 2019. It only says the amounts are for the period ended Dec 31, 2019.

And no, dilution for stock options does NOT become dilution until the options are actually exercised (which requires like a 4x price increase from current levels).
