RE:Stock halted for monthsDon't know for sure but maybe it has something to do with the legal tiff with Dragonfly.complicating things. Could be that that has to be settled before things can go forward. 
Also, both Stillcanna and Sativa have to arrange shareholder meetings to allow for a vote to accept or reject the merger.
