Oncore pharmaWho is Oncore Pharma? Are they a sister company to StageZero?

Their first news release of any sort is on August 21, 2019. Headline reads "GeneNews signs global licensing service agreement with Oncore Pharma", but this exact same news release was announced on June 10, 2019 on SZLS' news release.

Strange.
