Question about Fred Ors options a week or so ago

Question about Fred Ors options a week or so agoSo... just so I understand this correctly.  The fact that he exercised the options... doesn't mean he's sold them yet correct?

I checked CanadianInsider and it doesn't show any recent sales by insiders.  Hence I'm assuming he picked them up because they were likely to expire soon and is hoping for higher prices to sell?
