Assuming the attempt was hostile I suspect the Longs plus the Insiders could muster at least 35% as a voting bloc. Getting north of 50% to halt a takeover would be a challenge but doable. This is all completely hypothetical as there has been no attempt made nor has there been any rumblings that I am aware of. DM is still a very small fish in the grand scheme of things.
