Jeff this is actually 1 of the only factual things you have ever posted.

However your other statements on pumping the stock are dead wrong, something tells me you know this.

Have a read on what a true pump and dump chart looks like.

Now anyone who has expressed optimism since the stock has crashed, let's be honest all POT stocks were pumped and dumped in the run up in 2018, can't be part of your so called pump phase as we years past that. GLH has really been in the crash phase since Dec 2018. You may see pumping, but that would mean anyone who was pumping since Dec 2018 couldn't easily take part in the convertible arbitrage shorting strategy during the crash as you have accurately pointed out. Only those who have a vested interest in seeing the stock continue to decline "the architects of convertible arbitrage" would engage in 24/7 bashing.

People like myself, Orwell and James understand this. All POT Stocks, both Cdn and US were pumped and dumped during the run up in 2018. Most companies like GLH have been crashing since. Most of us just want to recoup some of our losses and therefore look for green shoots.

Perhaps you might understand this one day too, however knowing your personality and knowing who your potential employer is, I am not hopeful.

Peace Out, have a beer it's Friday. Ask your boss if it's ok to sign off early? Tell him we might be getting closer to exposing him.

Convertible arbitrage is a trading strategy that typically involves taking a long position (buy) in a convertible security and a short position (sell) in the underlying common stock. The goal of the convertible arbitrage strategy is to capitalize on pricing inefficiencies between the convertible and the stock.....so while they short it and drive the price down, the company continues to give the debt holders more and more shares, which they continue to sell to further drive the share price down, while increasing their short position in the company and making money on the way down as well as from dumping the hundreds of millions of shares that were gifted to them from management.
