Only the BOD can fire Brad, and that would be career suicide, since each is beholding to Brad. Avccording to Vik, this is why investors need to take a Plan B legal action.
Have you ever in your wildest imagination heard of a scenario where majority shareholdrers can't vote to fire a CEO in a public company? Where the CEO is answerable to no one? This is corruption and immoral behavior beyond belief.
Vik is notw IR. Have you heard a word from him regarding this latest shady deal? No. In fact, as I stated, Vik supports this deal, and told me that there are better parts to it, but didn't disclose what they are.
Brad seems heel intent on deliberately driving this company into bankruptcy. But why? I still cannot come up with an answer.
