I originally started buying PHO a few years back at 5 cents. 
It's now trading at $1.68 (after 2 days of decline) but that's still a 3,260 % increase.

Any venture company with a little success can increase their SP by several hundred %.

OATS .. I simply don't understand your logic. Over the past 4 years Ceapro's SP has steadily declined from a high of $2.47 al the way down to 14 cents. They now appear to be getting things together & we all hope they wiil succeed.

... but to constantly defend their management and suggest they've handled everything perfectly over the past few years is just nonsense.
