RE:Destruction of shareholder value . . . next week?

RE:Destruction of shareholder value . . . next week?Yeah and of the first $1m they supposedly are going to raise, they will give 50% straight to Bakema to 'compensate' him.  This is pure insanity and a direct illustration of how stupid and utterly unsuited to be running a public company they are.  Literally no one will fund this.  Investors just do not put money in companies to pay off a former employee, let alone one who has failed as badly and who is directly responsible for the 95% reduction in share price.  I'm speechless as to the crassness of this, let alone the fiasco over the accounts and the CTO.  I had a slim hope that Trish Howell might be a voice of sanity but if she's prepared to go along with this she's as stupid as the rest of them.

I agree with ICT that this is still salvageable but not by these morons.  The only hope is to turn it over to the former directors who at least had genuine business experience.  A quality utterly lacking in this lot.
