I'd rather be lucky than smartTomorrow 6:30 am would be a good time for a halt pending news.  The world is in Covid 19 panic mode.  China and Japan down a few percent spooking the Dow and Nasdaq futures low right now.  Europe opens right away and it probably will trade lower as well, imo.
  Tuesday probably a better day to finally release news of Ont. Sec. Comm. granting MCTO, imo.
